1. Who we are

OddStack (“we”, “the app”) is a football odds and predictions information tool. It shows public match odds, statistical predictions and most-likely scorelines for information and entertainment. It is not a betting or gambling service.

2. Information we store

The app is designed to keep your data on your device. We store, locally on your phone (via on-device storage): your chosen display name, your preferences, pick sets you save, and your subscription status. We do not run our own accounts system and we do not sell your data.

3. Odds data

Public match odds are retrieved through a third-party data provider via our caching proxy. These requests do not include personal information about you.

4. Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your card details. Apple may share limited transaction information with us to manage your access.

5. Analytics & advertising

This version does not include third-party advertising. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected.

6. Your choices

You can clear your saved data by deleting your saved pick sets and removing the app.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
