These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OddStack mobile application and website (together, "OddStack", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using OddStack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OddStack.

1. What OddStack is — and is not

OddStack helps you explore football odds and build sets of predictions. Confidence figures, reasons and scorelines are generated from public odds and statistical models for information and entertainment only. They are not guarantees or financial, investment or professional advice, and outcomes are uncertain. OddStack is not a betting or gambling service: it does not place, accept or facilitate bets, does not handle money or wagers, and is not affiliated with any bookmaker.

2. Your data

OddStack stores your preferences, saved pick sets and subscription status to provide the service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

3. Subscriptions

OddStack Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse OddStack, including: attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; using it for unlawful purposes; or using it where prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

5. Third-party data

Odds and fixtures are provided by third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. OddStack does not control and is not responsible for third-party data or services.

6. No warranty

OddStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddStack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or your reliance on the information it provides.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of OddStack after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
