These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OddStack mobile application and website (together, "OddStack", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using OddStack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use OddStack.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OddStack. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or over and that using betting-related tools is lawful where you live.

2. What OddStack is — and is not

OddStack helps you build and analyse football accumulator slips. Confidence figures, reasons and scorelines are generated from odds and statistical models for information and entertainment only. They are not betting tips, predictions, guarantees, or financial, investment or professional advice. Outcomes are uncertain and you may lose money. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for any bets you place with a licensed bookmaker. OddStack does not accept bets, hold funds, or process wagers, and is not a bookmaker or gambling operator.

3. Responsible play

Betting can be addictive. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please seek help from a local support service. Use OddStack responsibly and within your means.

4. Your account & data

OddStack stores your preferences, saved slips and subscription status to provide the service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

5. Subscriptions

OddStack Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse OddStack, including: attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; using it for unlawful purposes; or using it where betting-related tools are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

7. Third-party data

Odds and fixtures are provided by third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. OddStack does not control and is not responsible for third-party data or services.

8. No warranty

OddStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddStack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any betting or financial losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of OddStack after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
